This cake is free of sugar and fat , in its preparation we have used flour and oat flakes, stevia (which can be dispensed with perfectly), cinnamon and vanilla to give flavor and nuts to provide texture. It is juicy, tasty and very natural. And you can follow the recipe on video

Ingredients:

100 g of oatmeal

50 g of rolled oats,

15 g of flaked brewer’s yeast,

1 egg,

3 egg whites,

3 ripe bananas,

10 g of ground cinnamon,

50 g of walnuts,

25 ml skimmed milk,

10 g of stevia,

1 banana at its point,

vanilla essence to taste.

Preparation: Peel the bananas (the more ripe, the better) and mash with a fork. Add oatmeal and flakes, chopped nuts, egg, brewer’s yeast, vanilla essence, cinnamon, and stevia (optional). Mix until homogenized. If the mass obtained is too thick, add a little milk. Beat the whites until stiff and add them to the previous dough, little by little and with enveloping and soft movements so that the air is not lost and we achieve a fluffy bread. Cut the banana lengthwise, into two halves. Sprinkle the flat part with a little flour and place on the dough (with the floured part facing down – with this we get it to stay on the surface-). We line a cake mold (elongated) with greaseproof paper and fill with the dough.
