Quick and easy cheesecake, you will fall in love with its great flavor and elegance. Give it a try and show how much you love them.


8 Servings 

  • 4 envelopes of gelatin
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 3 bars of cream cheese
  • 2 packages of Maria cookie
  • 2 butter spoons
  • 1 strawberry basket (cleaned and cut)
  • 1 cup of water
  • 3/4 of cup of sugar


In a pot, place the strawberries, water and sugar. You let it boil for approximately 10 minutes until you see that the strawberries begin to become somewhat transparent, release the reddish color and have a caramel texture. You put it in the blender, add two envelopes of gelatin and let it beat, reserve it.

For the crust: You grind the maria cookies in the blender, add it in the refractory and include the tablespoons of butter, knead until a paste is left, put it in the bottom of the refractory where you are going to make the pie and begin to flatten with a glass, reserves.
You put the condensed milk, evaporated milk, the cheese bars and the hydrated gelatin in the blender, you blend it, add the mixture on top of the cookie crust, leave it for a few minutes to start to curdle slightly and add the strawberry mixture .
You let it refrigerate for about 3 hours before serving.
